Today too many people feel that they can use any photo with impunity and if you feel that way you are dead wrong. As soon as a person taking a picture snaps the photograph the photo is the ownership of the person who took the picture so it has a copyright on it.
Yes, I know so many have no Idea about this small detail and it can bite when you receive a cease and desist or a bill to use the photo.
