As an example I write newsletters every week once or twice and have been getting between 10% to 15% unique people opening my newsletter up but today I used a subject line of “How to Make $100,000 Online Selling Your Own Product” about how to create ebooks and audios to sell to make that amount of money in a year.
Within about 3-5 minutes, I had over a 19% unique open rate, and it has been about 1/2 hour, and it is now at a 20.26% open rate, not bad for the middle of the afternoon on a Friday. It will be interesting to see what the final percentages will be.
These rates were from my GetResponse autoresponder. I also sent out emails using my Power Lead System autoresponder, but I can’t track my open rate, just the click-thru rate. Let’s say that the GetResponse on click-through rate per percentage was a much higher number of subscribers than PLS.
Does that mean I should drop PLS? No, I use the Power Lead System for so much more than emails, but my suggestion is to use PLS with GetResponse that is the ticket, and any seasoned marketer using PLS would say the same thing.
